人的一生大多时候需要自己去面对
在世，路途茫茫，谁也不是你的谁，大多时候，谁也不会为你来安慰，谁生下来并不比谁聪明，谁生下来也并不比谁笨，只不过是人有的时候会有反应快慢的问题。不说别人，就拿我来说吧，与人相处我自认为我不会有害人之心，有时候还会缺少防人之心，总认为只要我以诚相待别人，别人也会同样的方式对我。人生百态无奇不有，我用真心对别人，别人不一定会用真心对我，只有经历了不同的人和事，我才会慢慢明白一心人和事。
就说我们单位新换了领导之后，让我再次了解到了人性阴暗的一面，无论你原来对别人帮助了多少，你给单位做出了多大贡献，你替别人干了多少工作，大家只是同事关系，这谁也改变不了的。只要一把手不认可你，其他的人都会明哲保人，不会为了你自己而与单位一把手对抗。你做的再好，别人只会看你的，所以说，在单位与人相处，为人处世有时候真的不能太实在，是自己职责内的能干好的一定要干好，不是自己职责内的能少干就少干。当你由于没做好分内的工作时，领导批评你时任何一个人都不会站出来替你伸张正义的，大多时候还是需要你自己去面对。太多机会还是需要你自己积极去争取的!
